When your car battery needs replacement due to damage, use it to easily replace the battery in your car.

Have an additional spare vehicle battery ready. Connect the device to the spare battery properly, ensuring the red clip is attached to the positive terminal and the black clip to the negative terminal. Insert the OBD2 adapter into the Data Link Connector socket in the vehicle. Choose the "Replace battery" function, press OK to proceed, and follow the displayed instructions to continue.

Select the 'OBD-PIN' function, press OK to access, and you will be able to see the voltage value of each pin on the OBD2 Connector, displayed as shown in the picture.

BT400 Circuit Tester test the vehicle circuit for leakage

1. Get an additional spare vehicle battery ready. Properly connect the device to the spare battery, ensuring the red clip is attached to the positive terminal and the black clip is connected to the negative terminal. Insert the OBD2 adapter into the Data Link Connector socket in the vehicle.

2. Choose the Current menu within the "Current" functions. This will take you to the waveform monitoring interface .

3. Remove the car fuse or relevant electrical components to observe any changes in current. If there is a sudden drop or abnormality in current, it indicates a possible leakage in the fuse circuit or an issue with related components. Refer to the car's electrical system circuit diagram to pinpoint the location of the leak.

Note：Please make sure the car is dormant，The device can save the data of leakage current for 30 minutes, and view the results through "playback waveform".

Please follow the Circuit Tester software update operating instructions and do not unplug the device during the update process.

Step 1: Connect the device to the computer via USB cable. Open the upgradeoperation file "updata tool" in the upgrade folder on the computer, and thefollowing window will pop up (the upgrade interface);

Step 2: Open "Battery Test" _ "Settings" _"USB Upgrade" on the device BT400and the device enters the upgrade interface;

Step 3: On the software upgrade window of the computer, click Refresh to refresh and select the COM port, Select the upgrade file and click.
