Thank you for shopping in our ALicar store! We work hard to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
1. Time limit for returns
You can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the product. Applications after this deadline will not be accepted.
2. Return conditions
Items must be in new, unused condition and intactly packaged with all original tags and accessories.
Specialty items (such as custom-made items, perishable items, intimate clothing, etc.) are not eligible for returns.
3. How to apply for return

Our customer service will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide a return address and related instructions.
4. Return shipping charges
Unless the return is caused by our incorrect delivery (such as wrong delivery, missing goods, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the goods are damaged during transportation, you can submit the evidence to us and we will handle it for you.
5. Refund processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is eligible for return, we will process the refund. Refunds are usually issued within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
6. Replacement policy
If you need to exchange an item, please let us know when requesting a return. You will need to return the original item and a new order will be processed.
