Note on PP2000 Diagbox Online Remote Issues

1. IMMO Parts

When dealing with new or second-hand IMMO parts, such as the ECU, BSI, SDCM, AVL, or AXN8, it's important to note the following:

• PIN Code Requirement: If these parts are empty (i.e., their IMMO data has not been processed), you must provide a PIN code for the car matching process.

2. Second-Hand Parts

• No Need for PIN: If you have already processed the IMMO data for second-hand parts, you do not need to empty the data again. You can match these parts directly without providing a PIN code.

3. Error Messages and Compatibility

• If the used IMMO part does not match the vehicle, an error message will appear when you log in to your Diagbox online account, indicating that the remote task cannot be completed. This issue arises only when logged into Diagbox online.

4. Starting Issues

• Even if the used IMMO parts have been successfully matched to the vehicle, there is still a possibility that the car may not start due to unresolved issues.

5. Non-IMMO Parts

• For non-IMMO parts, there is no requirement for emptying.

When is a PIN Required?
